How do I place an order?
You can contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or complete the form on our contact page. We’ll get back to you with the answers to your questions and your quote. An invoice will be issued which will need to be paid to proceed with your order.
Can I purchase a sample?
Of course! Our sample packs contain an A6 save the date card, A5 invitation card, an A6 or A7 RSVP card and a belly band; all of which are non-personalised. Samples are priced at £2.00 each + £1.00 p&p.
What’s the I love and love process?
If you have a question or want to place an order you can get in touch by emailing us at email@example.com, or by filling out the form on our contact page. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with the answers to your questions and your quote. If all of the details are correct on your quote, we will issue you with an invoice. This can be paid via bank transfer (the details will be on your quote) or via cheque – cheques must be made payable to ‘I Love and Love’. Once we have received your payment, we send you a client form via email for you to complete and send back to us. Then the magic happens! We get working on your stationery, and will send you your digital proofs for you to check and swoon over. Once you have checked your digital proofs and don’t want to make any changes, your order is whisked off to our reliable and lovely printers. Once completed, your stationery will be checked, packed, dispatched and delivered to you within three weeks of your payment date.
When do you think I’ll receive my order?
The lead time for our orders is approximately 3 weeks from the date that the order is placed (date payment is received), although we will endeavour to get your wedding stationery to you as soon as we can.
Can I make any changes?
Goin’ to the chapel? Jetting off to distant shores? All of our text is fully customisable and can be adapted to suit the needs for you and your wedding.
Any additional changes or amendments can be made once you receive your digital proofs. Unfortunately, once you have agreed to the proofs and paid for your order, no further changes or amendments can be made.
What should I check when I receive my digital proofs?
Please check that all wording, spelling, names, dates and times are checked. Once you have confirmed that the proofs are correct and your order has been paid, no other changes can be made.
I need less than 20 invitations, can I still place an order?
Get in touch and let us know what you need. This may be possible, but due to the small print run, the price will be higher than prices advertised.
How many invitations do you think I’ll need?
We always recommend one invite per household, plus some extras just in case you need to re-send (or if you suddenly remember you’ve missed someone off of your list!)
When do I have to pay?
As soon as we receive your payment, we can begin to process your order. If there is a payment delay, this will delay the process of your order; creating a longer lead-time. Any balance payment delays (if applicable) will also increase your delivery timescale.
How about items for my wedding day? When do I order those?
We advise that you order your ‘on the day’ pieces (Order of services, menus, Table names/numbers, place card names, table plan etc.) sooner rather than later, but definitely at least a couple of months before your big day.
What about colours? Will there be any variations?
There will be some variation in the colours you see on your computer screen and the colours that are professionally printed as all computer monitors are calibrated differently. There may also be a colour difference between different print runs.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
We certainly do! There will be an additional delivery charge dependant on your location, but we will let you know this before your order is placed.
