NEED TO SEE A SAMPLE?
Samples of our wedding stationery can be ordered via our listings. Sadly, we can’t personalise any stationery samples that we send out.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ORDER?
Once you have placed and paid for your order, please complete a client order details form, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have received your wedding details we start working on your stationery mock-ups. Your proofs will be emailed to you for you to check before being sent to print. Please be aware that proofs will be created with the exact information that you send, so please make sure that spelling, grammar, capitalisation etc are all correct as we can not make any changes to your order once proofs have been confirmed and the order has been sent to print.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY?
The lead time for our orders is approximately 1-2 weeks from the date that the order is placed and paid for, although we will endeavour to get your wedding stationery to you as soon as we can!
CAN I MAKE CHANGES?
All of the text on our stationery is fully customisable and the majority of designs can be changed and amended to suit the needs for you and your wedding (colours/fonts/artwork etc).
Any additional changes or amendments (if needed) can be made once you have received your digital mock ups. Once you have agreed to the digital mock ups, unfortunately no further changes or amendments can be made.
WHAT SHOULD I CHECK WHEN I RECEIVE MY MOCK UPS?
Please double check that all wording, spelling, names, dates and times are correct. Once you have confirmed that the mock ups are correct, no other changes can be made.
I NEED LESS THAN 20! CAN YOU HELP?
If you need a smaller amount of save the dates, please get in touch. We may be able to help you, but due to the smaller print run, the price will be higher than the prices advertised.
WILL THERE BE ANY VARIATIONS WITH THE COLOURS?
There may be some variations with the colours you see on your computer screen and the colours that are professionally printed on your stationery as all computer monitors are calibrated differently. There may be a colour difference between different print runs if you re-order your stationery.

Yes, we do! Please get in touch for a delivery quote before you place an order, and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.
